SDR outsourcing in Hungary: how it works and what to check

Updated: 19 October 2026

Short answer: SDR outsourcing means an external team finds prospects, contacts them by email, LinkedIn and phone, qualifies them and books meetings for your own people. It suits B2B companies without a sales team whose deals are worth at least €1,500 a year per client. Pairline is a Hungarian hybrid option: AI agents handle research and written follow-up, human SDRs make the calls, and you pay a monthly fee plus a fee only for accepted meetings.

The Pairline service has not launched yet. We are currently gauging interest: the plans and prices on this site are indicative, do not constitute an offer, and submitting the form does not create a contract.

What an outsourced SDR does

  • Builds and scores account lists from your ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Writes and sends email and LinkedIn sequences, with timed follow-ups.
  • Calls decision-makers and qualifies them against criteria you set.
  • Books meetings in your calendar with a brief, and logs every touch in a CRM you can see.

The SDR stops at the meeting. Closing usually stays with you: someone on your side runs the sales conversation.

When it pays off

  • Your clients are businesses, with an identifiable decision-maker who can be called.
  • A client is worth €1,500 or more a year. Below that, the cost per meeting rarely pays back.
  • Someone on your side can take the booked meetings and close.

If your customers are consumers, your deals are small, or nobody can take the meetings, outsourcing outbound will not pay off.

Outsourcing or hiring in-house

An in-house SDR costs over €2,000 a month with taxes and tools, from day one. Recruiting, onboarding, scripts and lists take months before the first qualified meeting, and if the hire does not work out, you start over and the know-how leaves with them.

An outsourced team starts with its processes and tools in place. With Pairline the first outreach goes out from week two, and scripts, lists and every call and email stay documented in the shared CRM.

What to check before you sign

  1. A written definition of an accepted meeting, based on your ICP, agreed before the start.
  2. Who makes the calls: a person, or only automated messages.
  3. The pricing model: fixed retainer, pay per meeting or a mix, and what you pay if meetings do not come.
  4. The minimum term, and what happens in month one: domain warm-up and script testing take time.
  5. Visibility: access to the CRM and a regular report with the numbers.
  6. GDPR: the legal basis for B2B outreach, an opt-out in every message, suppression lists and a call-recording notice.
  7. Language and market: whether the team can work in your prospects’ language.

How Pairline works

  1. Week 1, ICP and scripts: in one workshop we define your ideal customer and what counts as an accepted meeting, then write the scripts.
  2. From week 2, AI and SDR outbound: AI builds lists, writes and follows up; the SDR calls, qualifies and handles objections.
  3. Ongoing, meetings in your calendar: qualified prospects arrive with a brief, and you get a weekly report from the shared CRM.

Pairline works in Hungarian and English, for B2B companies in Hungary, Central and Eastern Europe and the European Union.

Questions and answers

How quickly can an outsourced SDR team start?

With Pairline, within two weeks: week one is the ICP and script workshop, outreach starts in week two. Month one is ramp-up, so meaningful results usually show from month two.

Does an outsourced SDR close deals?

Usually not: the SDR books qualified meetings and your team closes. On Pairline’s Dedicated plan the SDR can cover the full funnel to close.

How does GDPR apply to B2B cold outreach?

Pairline relies on legitimate interest for B2B outreach, includes an opt-out in every message, checks suppression lists, announces call recording at the start of each call and sets retention periods in the contract. Check the details for your own market with your legal adviser.
