How much does outsourced SDR and lead generation cost?

Updated: 19 October 2026

Short answer: Outsourced SDR services are usually priced as a fixed monthly retainer, a fee per meeting, or a mix of the two. An in-house SDR costs over €2,000 a month with taxes and tools. Pairline uses the mix: a monthly fee from €490 to €3,490, plus €40–60 per accepted meeting or a percentage of first-year contract value, and a one-off setup fee of €490 or €990.

The Pairline service has not launched yet. We are currently gauging interest: the plans and prices on this site are indicative, do not constitute an offer, and submitting the form does not create a contract.

Three pricing models

Pricing models for outsourced SDR services
ModelHow you payWatch out for
Fixed retainerThe same monthly fee, whatever the resultsYou carry the risk if meetings do not come
Pay per meetingOnly for booked meetingsWithout a written definition, meeting quality becomes a dispute
HybridA lower monthly fee plus a fee per accepted meetingWhat counts as accepted, and whether a minimum is guaranteed

What an in-house SDR costs

Over €2,000 a month with taxes and tools, from day one and before the first meeting. Add months of recruiting and onboarding, and the cost of starting over if the hire does not work out.

Pairline plans

Pairline plans with a typical month
PlanMonthly feePer accepted meetingSetup, one-offHuman SDRTypical month
AI Start€490€50€490AI only€640
Core€999€60€490~10 h/week SDR€1,299
Growth€1,890€50€990~20 h/week SDR€2,290
Dedicated€3,490€40€990Dedicated SDR€3,970

Typical month: the monthly fee plus the plan’s typical number of accepted meetings (AI Start 3, Core 5, Growth 8, Dedicated 12) times the per-meeting fee. Prices exclude VAT.

  • Instead of the per-meeting fee you can choose a percentage of first-year contract value: 8% on Core, 6% on Growth, 5% on Dedicated.
  • Commission is paid only for accepted meetings, measured against ICP criteria agreed in writing upfront.
  • Three-month minimum; month one is ramp-up. Paying a year upfront saves 10%.
  • The Core plan guarantees at least 4 accepted meetings a month: if from month two a month falls short, the next monthly fee is halved.

How to compare quotes

  • Compare the total cost per accepted meeting, not the monthly fee alone.
  • Ask for the written definition of an accepted meeting.
  • Ask what happens in month one, and how long the minimum term and notice are.
  • Check whether human calls are included, or only automated email and LinkedIn.

Questions and answers

Is there a setup fee?

Yes, once: €490 on AI Start and Core, €990 on Growth and Dedicated.

What if fewer meetings come than expected?

On the Core plan, if from month two a month falls short of the 4-meeting minimum, the next monthly fee is halved. The per-meeting fee is only ever paid for accepted meetings.

Are these prices final?

Not yet. Pairline has not launched: the plans and prices are indicative and do not constitute an offer. All prices exclude VAT.
