Privacy policy

Effective: 19 October 2026

The Pairline service has not launched yet. We are currently gauging interest: the plans and prices on this site are indicative, do not constitute an offer, and submitting the form does not create a contract.

This policy explains what personal data we process on pairline.eu and pairline.hu, through the audit request form, in email correspondence and in our outbound sales service: for what purpose, on what legal basis and for how long, and what rights you have. It is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination.

2. What we process and why

2.1 Audit request form

  • Data: name, work email address, company website (optional).
  • Purpose: gauging interest before the service launches, getting in touch, scheduling the free pipeline audit, sending a confirmation email.
  • Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Retention: if no contract follows, deleted 12 months after our last contact. If a contract follows, for its term and for the periods required by accounting and tax law.

The form also checks a hidden field and the time taken to submit, to filter out spam. These are not used for profiling and are not kept beyond processing the submission.

2.2 Email correspondence

  • Data: name, email address, the content of your message and anything you include in it.
  • Purpose: answering your enquiry, keeping in touch.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); performance of a contract where one exists (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Retention: 12 months after the matter is closed, or the contractual and statutory periods where a contract exists.

2.3 Running and securing the website

  • Data: IP address, time of request, technical browser and device data (server logs).
  • Purpose: serving the website, troubleshooting, preventing abuse.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Retention: briefly, according to our hosting provider’s (Vercel) log retention settings.

The website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tracking. Your theme choice (light, dark, auto) is stored in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects directly to Google’s servers and your IP address is sent to Google. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a consistent appearance.

2.4 B2B contacts we reach out to

Our service involves contacting company decision-makers by email, on LinkedIn and by phone. There are two cases:

  • Our clients’ campaigns: we contact you on behalf of a client. The client is the controller and we act as processor under a data processing agreement with them. You can send your request to them or to us; we will pass it on.
  • Our own outreach: when we offer our own service, we are the controller.
  • Data: name, job title, company, business email and phone, public LinkedIn profile data, the content and time of our communication.
  • Source: public sources: company websites, business registers and databases, professional networks.
  • Purpose: business outreach, scheduling meetings, keeping a record of the contact.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), based on a balancing test. We only use business data related to your role.
  • Objection: every message includes an opt-out. If you object, we will not contact you again and we delete your data, keeping only the minimum needed on a suppression list to avoid contacting you again.
  • Call recording: if a call is recorded, we say so at the start. Recordings are used for quality assurance and training; retention is set in the client contract.
  • Retention: at most 12 months after our last contact, or immediately on objection.
