The Pairline service has not launched yet. We are currently gauging interest: the plans and prices on this site are indicative, do not constitute an offer, and submitting the form does not create a contract.

These terms of service apply to the use of the Pairline websites (www.pairline.eu, www.pairline.hu) and, once the service launches, to the Pairline sales service. The service is offered to businesses only, not to consumers.

2. Current status of the service

The service has not launched yet. On the website we are gauging interest and offer a free pipeline audit. Plans, prices, calculator results and other descriptions are indicative and do not constitute an offer. Submitting the audit request form does not create a contract or any payment obligation.

3. The service

Pairline is a hybrid outbound sales service: AI agents handle account research, written outreach (email, LinkedIn) and follow-ups, human sales development reps (SDRs) call, qualify and handle objections, and qualified meetings land in the client’s calendar. The plans (AI Start, Core, Growth, Dedicated) are available as described on the website; the specific tasks are set out in the individual order.

4. Forming a contract

• A contract is formed by individual agreement between the parties (a written proposal and its written acceptance, email included).
• Before launch, the parties agree in writing on the ideal customer profile (ICP) and what counts as an accepted meeting.
• Where an individual agreement differs from these terms, the individual agreement prevails.

5. Fees and payment

• The monthly fee and one-off setup fee depend on the chosen plan. The provider is exempt from VAT under the Hungarian small business exemption (alanyi adómentesség), so no VAT is charged. If the exemption ends, fees are subject to the VAT rate then in force.
• Commission is due only for accepted meetings. At the start the client chooses either a fixed fee per accepted meeting or a percentage of first-year contract value. For percentage commission the attribution window is 6 months and the base is capped at first-year contract value.
• A meeting is accepted when it meets the ICP criteria agreed in writing at the start.
• For an annual plan paid a year in advance, monthly fees are discounted by 10%.
• Monthly fees are invoiced in advance, commission monthly in arrears. Payment term: 8 days from the invoice date.
• Late payment incurs statutory late-payment interest and a recovery cost lump sum under Hungarian law.

6. Guarantee

On Core and higher plans, if from the second month a calendar month has fewer accepted meetings than the minimum set in the plan, the next monthly fee is 50%. The guarantee applies if the client meets the cooperation obligations in section 8.

7. Term and termination

• The contract has a minimum term of 3 months. Month one is for ramp-up (domain warm-up, script testing).
• After the minimum term the contract continues indefinitely and either party may terminate it in writing with 30 days’ notice.
• Either party may terminate with immediate effect for a material breach that is not remedied within 15 days of written notice.

8. Client cooperation

• Provides the information needed for the service and approves scripts and message templates on time.
• Makes sure someone on its side attends the booked meetings.
• Only requests outreach to audiences that can lawfully be contacted, and is responsible for its own offers.

9. Liability

We commit to careful professional work but do not guarantee specific business results (deals, revenue), other than the guarantee in section 6. Except for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and damage to life, body or health, our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 3 months before the damage and does not cover lost profit.

10. Confidentiality and data protection

Each party keeps the other’s business secrets confidential, also after the contract ends. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy; where we act on the client’s behalf, the parties sign a data processing agreement.

11. Intellectual property

The client may freely use the scripts and message templates created for it, during and after the contract. Pairline’s own tools, processes and software remain the property of Pairline.

12. Use of the website

Website content is for information only. The ROI calculator is an estimate; actual results depend on the client’s market, offer and ability to close.

13. Final provisions

• We may amend these terms; changes are published at least 15 days before they take effect, and existing clients are notified by email.
• These terms and the contracts are governed by Hungarian law.
• The parties first try to settle disputes amicably; failing that, the court competent for the provider’s registered office has jurisdiction, unless the law provides otherwise.
