Pairline alternatives: in-house SDR, agency, AI tool or freelancer
Short answer: The main alternatives to Pairline are hiring an in-house SDR, a lead-generation agency, an AI-only outbound tool you run yourself, a freelance SDR, or founder-led sales. Pairline fits B2B companies of 5–50 people without a sales team who want human calls and AI follow-up without a hire, and want to pay partly for results. If you sell to consumers, your deals are under €1,500 a year, or nobody can take the meetings, an alternative will suit you better.
The Pairline service has not launched yet. We are currently gauging interest: the plans and prices on this site are indicative, do not constitute an offer, and submitting the form does not create a contract.
The options compared
| Option | Best when | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| In-house SDR | You need full-time capacity for the long term and can manage a salesperson | Over €2,000 a month from day one; months to hire and onboard |
| Lead-generation agency | You want an outside team and accept a fixed retainer | Typically 1–2 months to start; results-based fees are rare; often long contracts |
| AI-only outbound tool | You have time to set up lists, copy and email domains yourself | No human calls; deliverability and message quality are your job |
| Freelance SDR | You need a few hours a week and can brief and manage them | Capacity and quality depend on one person |
| Founder-led sales | Early on, while you are still learning what sells | Takes the founder’s time and is hard to keep consistent |
| Pairline | B2B, 5–50 people, no sales team, deals of €1,500+ a year | Three-month minimum; month one is ramp-up |
When Pairline is the better fit
- You want meetings within weeks, not months.
- You want human calls without a hire: from a quarter of an SDR’s time on Core.
- You want to pay partly for results: a fee only for accepted meetings.
- You want to see every call, email and meeting in a shared CRM.
When to choose something else
- Your customers are consumers.
- A client is worth less than €1,500 a year.
- Nobody on your side can take the booked meetings.
- You want to run outbound fully yourself: an AI-only tool fits better.
- You need a full-time salesperson embedded in your team for years: hire in-house.

Questions and answers
Is Pairline an agency?
It is sales as a service. As with an agency, an outside team does the outreach, but AI agents do the research and follow-up in every plan, human SDR time comes in fixed slices (0.25, 0.5 or 1 FTE), and part of the fee is paid only for accepted meetings.
What is the minimum commitment?
Three months. Month one is ramp-up: domain warm-up and script testing. Paying a year upfront saves 10%.
Who is Pairline for?
B2B companies of 5–50 people without a sales team, with clients worth €1,500 or more a year and someone who can take the meetings. Typical industries: IT services and software, industrial suppliers, B2B services, energy and consulting.
